The work looks different for everyone.
Educational Therapy
Educational therapy goes deeper than tutoring. It's a structured, evidence-based process that addresses the underlying issues that impede learning, not just the surface symptoms. Specializing in literacy remediation, writing remediation, and executive functioning, this work synthesizes everything: what assessments show, what teachers see, what clients and their families know about themselves. From there, we build strategies that hold.
Executive Functioning Coaching
Executive functioning is the behind-the-scenes system that makes everything else work: planning, organizing, starting tasks, and maintaining flexibility while working towards a goal. When the systems aren't working, capable people get stuck. This coaching helps you build and test systems that fit the way you're actually wired, not the way you think you should be. We’ll start with the vision of your goals or ideal systems, and get a baseline of your EF skills. Then you’ll learn skills, build structures and protocols, and assess and handle any obstacles that show up on the journey.
College Essay Support
The college application process asks students to do something genuinely hard — tell their story clearly, compellingly, and repeatedly across dozens of essays. This support helps students track deadlines, find their voice, receive feedback, and revise until it lands.
Teacher & Admin Coaching
The systems that work for one teacher don't work for all of them. This coaching aligns workflows, classroom strategies, and organizational systems with how educators and administrators actually think and work best.
Workshops
Grounded in current research and built for real application, these workshops bring expertise in executive functioning, neurodiversity, and learning to teams, schools, and organizations. Previous topics include cognitive load theory, working memory, strategies to write college essays, and building neurodiverse-inclusive communities.
